We are so grateful to have had Village Caregiving to assist my in-laws at home. They have provided competent, caring and reliable caregivers for my in-laws for 7 years now. The management team (Leslie and Lacy) is communicative and responsive (even after business hours and on weekends). They make every effort to not only provide caregivers on a schedule that best meets your needs, they also work to cover changes in your schedule due to appointments and other events. They always make every effort to cover shifts if the regular caregiver is ill-that is vitally important. The caregivers themselves are top-notch(Carla and Lisette especially) knowledgeable, caring, and fluent in English, which allows for meaningful interaction with my senior loved ones. Other companies we’ve used had caregivers who barely knew english or who had such a strong accent that my in-laws could not understand them or get them to understand their basic needs. They may have been fine caregivers, but when you can not communicate with them it causes frustration. All caregivers we have had from Village Caregiving to this point are native English speakers. It has reduced my senior’s frustration immensely, leading to a much happier and calmer home environment. They are reliable and professional!” I highly recommend them!

I truly feel that my time and expertise are valued. They work closely with you, so you never feel like you’re doing things alone. The training they offerwhether you need it or just want extra supportis always available. No matter who I message, I receive a response very quickly. They collaborate with you to ensure the client gets the best possible outcome, and it never feels like it has to be done their way. They understand that you are working directly with the client, and they genuinely value your input.

Our caregiver, Valerie, has done a great job of taking care of my dad, being genuinely concerned about him, and watching out for any issues he might have. She’s a great help also performing light household tasks and being willing to be flexible to give me respite time.

Pam has been taking great care of my brother, and he and his wife both really like her, and the care she gives. Team always lets us know when times need to change, and understand when Don has stepped out for an outing..

Both of the caretakers Jackie and Debra were pleasant and very friendly and very respectful even though we had a short period of assistance they’ve created in me a warm feeling for the Village Caregiving company. And a great thanks go to Leslie since she did introduce the CNA’s who assisted me. And may this Spring bring the staff warmer weather and continued warm hearts!

Linda is an unbelievable person that loves to help others, loves VCG. She finds it very rewarding.All of her clients love when she arrives. She is totally amazing.
