Every person’s care requirements change depending on various factors such as age, environment, diet and social interactions. Some people need more help than others. We offer customizable care plans in Portsmouth to meet each individual’s needs. We have an assessment process that we like to involve the family in as much as possible. Our assessment process involves three simple steps.

• Client consult: We will first discuss their needs and preferences with the client and their loved ones.

We can also provide medication management and reminders. We aren’t a skilled care agency, so we cannot administer medicines, but we can help keep our clients on schedule and give them gentle reminders to take their medications.

Transportation Services

The ability to travel is crucial to maintaining social circles and autonomy in one’s life. A change of environment and some outside air is an excellent way to shift from a bad mood to a good one. We provide appointment transportation to serve this need. Our caregivers can transport and accompany clients to their medical appointments, assisting every step of the way to ensure their comfort. 

This transport service also extends to running errands and taking them to social events so they can maintain their freedom outside the home.
