I just started working for Village Caregiving and they are a fantastic company to work for. 2 days before starting for them I was injured while on a walk with my dog and was unable to start on my first day. They were beyond understanding and arranged for me to have the time off while I recuperated. They also listened to my expectations and needs in regards to hours that I needed to work and actually came through for me. They care about their employees which I consider important in an employer. I am happy that I came aboard with them .
