Village has been great! I’ve had issues with particular caregivers, but overall Village handles everything very professionally. There are certain caregivers that stand out above the rest. If you ever hire Village and they send you Danielle you’re being given a gift. She’s so good with my Dad and she is a knowledgeable CNA. I feel comfortable leaving my Dad, my cat, and my home in her care. The schedulers are great too. Village gives you a number you can text anytime, and they usually respond back very quickly. I definitely recommend Village Caregiving.
