We have been using Village Caregiving for the last year or so and we have had multiple caregivers that have all been amazing. We have found the perfect fit for my husband's care with our current aide, Patrice. She came as a fill in for a couple days when our regular aide was sick and she was an immediate fit. She couldn't stay at that point but a couple weeks later after my husband had another trip to the hospital we needed a new aide and she was available. She has been our aide for 3 to 4 months now and she is part of our family. The office staff has always been great at communicating with us any time there is a change due to illness or whatever and they have been very accommodating when my husband makes multiple trips in and out of the hospital.After almost 2 years of horrific service with a different agency I am so happy to have found Village Caregiving. I will refer them to anyone who asks.
