Comprehensive In-Home Care Solutions
We aim to maximize clients’ capacity and autonomy by providing comprehensive in-home care solutions. Assistance with daily tasks, along with companionship and compassion, immensely helps our clients with their mental and physical well-being.
Our in-home care services include:
- Personal hygiene assistance: We offer professional hygiene services to help our clients with tasks such as personal grooming, bathing and oral care.
- Meals: We can assist with cooking nutritious meals using fresh ingredients, developing meal plans and grocery shopping while considering clients’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Daily living assistance: We provide light housekeeping services, assistance in dressing, bathing, toileting and laundry. We will ensure the home environment is well-ordered and comfortable.
- Transportation services: We offer transport that includes door-to-door services, appointment assistance, running errands and attending social events.
- Companionship: Companionship is an integral part of our services. Our caregivers can help clients socially through various activities like games, movies, art or music.

We also provide ongoing ambulation assessments and can help mitigate fall risks with mobility devices like walkers and canes.
Why Choose Village Caregiving?
We work with all our clients individually so we can tailor our services to their unique requirements. Our caregivers have a compassionate mindset and form bonds with the clients they work with, assisting them with daily activities and offering a source of reassurance and support.
We keep our services affordable and flexible to ensure they are available to anybody who needs them.
Customized Care Plans
Everyone has individual needs, so we create all our care plans by working with clients and their families to determine their needs and preferences. Our clients’ independence is a vital part of our in-home care services, and it starts with the formation of the care plan.
After the initial consultation, needs analysis and determining how much involvement family members will have, we can start our care plan. We are flexible in scheduling and work every day of the year to accommodate everyone’s needs.
Family Involvement in Care
At-home care works best when the caregiver, client and family work as a team. Family engagement is fantastic for helping their loved one feel comfortable and receptive to care. The sense of familiarity that family members provide helps to facilitate better communication so that we can adjust their care as their needs evolve.
This team effort creates an approach to care that allows for an excellent support system and a happier loved one.
24/7 Care
Caregiving is a 24/7 need, so we offer 24/7 support options. Our caregivers are available every day of the year so our clients can have service when they need it, and we have a phone number you can call day or night.
We also offer respite options for primary caregivers. Temporary relief from care duties is necessary to prevent burnout and allow some time to recharge. Our flexibility allows us to provide temporary and long-term respite care. We can take over if there is an appointment or any other responsibilities the primary needs to attend for an afternoon, we can take over—perhaps the primary needs to go on holiday for a few days. We can schedule that with no issues.
Accepting Medicare and Medicaid
Caregiving is an important service that everybody who needs it should have access to. We accept a range of insurance options to help the most people possible. Part of our service is advising potential clients on their options for signing up for federal or state benefits that they may be unaware they are eligible for.
See the following to see our payment options:
- Long-term care insurance
- Private payments
- Certain Medicaid programs
- Medicare Advantage plans
- United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) benefits
- Workers’ compensation
- Veterans Affairs (VA) Homemaker benefits
If you are unsure whether we will accept your insurance, feel free to give us a call so we can advise you.
