Gotta start by saying I literally just switch careers at the age of 41 ive been a chef for 26+ yrs but village has made my transition enjoyable and easy I truly love working for them at my age because its more laid back and they not working to death they give the hours I want and they really reasonable and easy to work for when u have great management that makes the job easier and enjoyable
