We have had a wonderful experience with Village Caregiving. Charlie, Amy, and Alison have been so helpful and so caring when trying to help find the right person for my mother’s needs and helping my dad take care of her. I feel like they truly love what they do and care about their customers. Any questions or concerns I have had they have helped me with a solution. Also they are always available to talk ot text. I have always felt like I have been taken seriously and that their priorities are the same as mine. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs additional help at home. We have been using them since June and are so happy that we have them to rely on.

We highly recommend Village Caregiving. We hired them to supplement hospice care at home for my mother who was paralyzed from the mid-back down. We had a particular situation where we needed 2 caregivers at a time, which required they work with each other. Every caregiver who came was very good with my mother and was very kind and helpful. The few caregivers who didn’t have as much experience with what was required were all willing to learn and took direction very well. The management staff worked hard to accommodate our scheduling needs (also complicated, 2 caregivers on split shift morning and evening). Everyone was very supportive, caring, professional, and courteous. Thank you endlessly, Village Caregiving, for helping to provide the care mom needed in her last days!
