Village Caregiving, to my knowledge, is the best home care company in my area.Finding adequate or quality care givers is another story as with any company.I’ve been blessed a few times and have gotten quality caregivers.My PCA, Leanne has been with me for a month now and she’s one of the quality caregivers! Super kind, compassionate and honest are just a few of her many attributes that make her top notch in this industry. She stays consistent in every aspect of the job. She is one who goes above and beyond, that’s a great quality in any person. She is organized, a self starter, very tuned into all of my needs and preferences. I rarely have to ask for her to do anything in my home, she can see what needs to be done and never fails to perform those duties. She also is my companion and emotional support person.

Great place to work with awesome clients!!!! Wish I would've found it sooner!!!! Ben and Casey are wonderful, and make the process of getting settled in as easy as possible. If you are looking for a HHA place to work this is it!!! My co-workers are great with communication and the hand off from shift to shift.

I have only worked for Village a short time, but from day 1 they were very organized, professional and friendly. They explained everything in detail and had no problem answering any questions. If I had a problem with POC or timesheet I could text or call and they responded right away. You can tell they love their jobs and care deeply for their clients. If anyone is looking to work doing in home care or if they have a need for in home care, I would highly recommend Village Caregiving!

My caregiver Storm is fantastic. She makes sure I have everything I need. She even stops by on her day off or after hours if I need something. All I have to do is call her and she comes as soon as she can. I couldn't ask for a better caregiver then her. Thank you Storm for taking such good care of me. The world needs more people like Storm.
